Kerry is a people-person. After qualifying with a degree in Economics and a few years in the South Australian Government working for The Department of Treasury and Finance, Kerry realised she wanted to work more closely with people. Through a slight change in direction as a financial planner, Kerry now helps people make some of the most important decisions of their life. It’s a career she loves and she appreciates the trust her clients place in her, in guiding them to reach their personal financial goals.
As a good listener, Kerry asks a lot of questions. But they’re meaningful questions designed to draw out what lies beneath. When clients first meet Kerry they often don’t have any idea about what retirement looks like or the financial goals they need to reach. Kerry quickly works out what drives her clients and loves that moment when clients realise it too. Having an ability to look at all sides, weighing up pros and cons, coupled with incredible empathy mean that Kerry is great financial planner.
Kerry particularly enjoys advising clients how to save money and get better financial balance in their lives; how to invest more appropriately; and how to put plans in place to manage risk. Clients appreciate her easy going nature and approach-ability, and feel they are in safe hands.
